Working on product development in March
One of the many ways that we keep up, is to attend key trade shows like the Natural Health Products Expo in the US and the upcoming SIAL Show in Montreal. There are so many great products being launched and the challenges of adding new and innovative claims along with product development tests all of our resources and skills. It is a fun season in product development.
Welcome to the close of February
Lots is happening in the food world with trade shows and predictions for 2018. We have covered some of the key shows and provided some insightful infographics and consumer trends.
